Organizational Structure

Aogo Microfinance Bank (AMFB) Limited is owned by Shareholders within the community and its environs.


The Bank has three (3) key departments namely:

  • Accounts & Administration

  • Credit and Risk Management

  • Banking Operations and Business Development

In addition, the bank has two (2) key units namely:

  • Internal Audit

  • Company Secretary/Legal Adviser

Each of the departments is staffed with qualified, dedicated and highly motivated professionals.

The Heads of these Departments constitute the Management Team, whose daily operations are coordinated by the Managing Director.
